A poem for John.

Quetzalcoatl in the house of flowers.

all beauty manifests from a single point in time
tell me whats your sign sweetheart?
each part of myself is a shifting rhythmic vision
i toy with flamboyance like a clairvoyant oracle
i drink hemlock with a fresh stalk of awkward mockery
come walk with me darling
lets watch the stars bring morning
come talk with me starling
make me feel worth more than the farthest farthing.

i looked inside a crooked staircase wasteland
embrace sand and shake hands with vapid damnation
rapidly acclimate to a sub-zero cohesion season
each reason i keep secret like a treasonous senior official

on the day that the skies activate
i plan to create a makeshift melody rebellion
if my odds were twentytwelve to one
then on that day awake and activate the sun

no more numb feelings to ascertain a frame of mind blinded
a stain in time saves thine own ass classic bastard facsimile
i really dont care about my tangents or fragments or passions
when the last bastion at last collapses
each man will stand accountable for his own fable creation
and we all will awaken in the name of the saviour.
