New museum says dinosaurs were on Noah's Ark

(YahooNews)-PETERSBURG, Ky (Reuters) - Like many modern museums, the newest U.S. tourist attraction includes some awesome exhibits roaring dinosaurs and a life-sized ship.

this isn't actually all that new. i even think we have a thread about it somewhere...

anyway, i think this is just a shame. we could spend this money on something more useful... like a museum that supports science instead of superstition.

Oh by the FSM, what next? A Book of Revelations haunted house? A Garden of Eden theme park?

If I was in Kentucky, I think it would be my duty as a rational human being to take my four year old to that museum and loudly and at length explain to her why some people will believe ANYTHING no matter how nutty rather than use their brains.

It would be a wonderful teaching experience for her and for me. And I'd surely have a blast. Until they tied me to the stake and burned me for being a heretic.
