Hi everyone!

I thought it was time to finally say a little piece about myself, so here goes.
I live in Ireland, and even though it's my adopted country, I consider it home. For as long as I care to recall, I've had an interest in all things...skewed; anything that's on the fringe of belief, science or possibility. I hasten to say 'interest', because in all things I've managed to keep an open, and balanced opinion (even though the urge to run around shouting THEY'RE HERE at the top of my voice is sometimes overwhelming! Though that could be something to do with the beer...)

As you can probably tell, my main interest is in the UFO phenomena. It grieves me when the topic is raised and met with the usual response of rolled eyes, condescending grins and "What? Little green men?" I don't know about the Disclosure Project, what we need is an Education Project to enlighten the public about UFO's. How many times have you had to explain that not only do normal people see them, but the term does not just apply to supposed space ships. For example (and forgive me for not quoting exactly), the recent sighting over Northern Ireland. The Coast Guard representative interviewed dismissed it as an UFO, but admited they didn't know what it was!

It's high time the subject shed its trappings of ridicule and became accepted in the mainstream. I know I'm not the first to voice that opinion, but for goodness sake, with all the UFaux's on Youtube and the like, what chance does real footage have?

Anyway, back to the lurking...thanks for reading. Hope I made sense!
