at the moment is it possible to alter physical aspects of our bodies. to change bones for certain hardened plastics or ceramics with the same biological characteristics, or to replace/modify our muscles with other stronger, durable counterparts. this would not be considered augmentation (i think thats robotics and cybernetics) rather modification.
