After receiving an anonymous tip, I sat there thinking about it.
Should I do it? Or should I just let it be?
Staring at the note, I felt a bead of cold sweat drip from my forehead.
It was exciting.
I thought long, and I thought hard. I weighed up the pros and cons.
I even wrote up a list of reasons of why I should do it.
Soon after that, I wrote up a list of reasons why I shouldn't do it.
Needless to say, It was an exhausting decision.

About to give up, pack it in and decide not to go, I scrunched up the note, and threw it against the wall.
But No. I couldn't just ignore it. The crinkled piece of paper seemed to be calling to me. Beckoning me from across the room.
I stood up and walked over to it. Picked it up and read it one last time.
Who would send me such a note? Was it a friend? Or a foe? Was it Directions to what could be Heaven? Or was it a trap?

I took in a deep breath, and made a final decision.
Yes.
Yes. I will go.
I will take the chance!

It wasn't long after I had made the decision, that I set out on my journey.
I packed only what I needed for the long trip. A packet of chips, and a Coke.
Like a bolt of lightining, I was out the door!
I ran to the bus stop with adrenaline pumping through my veins.
The adrenaline was wasted. I ended up waiting for three quaters of an hour before the bus actually came. Goddamn it.

On the bus, I stared out the window, wondering if I had made the right decision.
But all was well. Shortly, I arrived at the Train Station.
I didn't have to wait long. The train came almost immediately.

It was a long journey. A whole hour, in fact!
I had completely depleted my supply of chips and coke.
I had nearly fallen asleep, but I feared that I might miss my stop.

I finally reached the stop that I was supposed to get off at.
Stepping off the train, I realized that I need not travel any further.
I was at the end of my journey. I had arrived at Penrith Station!
All I needed to do was wait.

I waited.

I waited.

Oh, How I waited!

Had I been tricked? Was this a cruel joke? Who would do such a thing?
I dropped down onto my knees in frustration!
"Why!?" I looked to the skies and exclaimed. People started to gaze at me.
But I didn't care. Let them. Let them see a broken man!
Eventually, I slowly stood up, and brushed myself off. I turned to walk to the platform needed for my trip home.

But then, I saw it! The anonymous tip was not a hoax after all!
I saw a sign. No. Rather, I saw THE sign.
More good news? There was no que!

I briskly walked over to the sign and waited where I should have been waiting the whole time! I was excited!

I stood there for a full hour.
I knew it would be worth it.

I unrelentingly waited for another hour.

And another.

And another.

With nothing better to do while I waited, I started to study the sign.
Oh. Oh, Okay.
My heart sank as I came to a slow, depressing realization.
Damn.

I had misinterpreted the sign.
The anonymous tipster had taken advantage me.

I pulled out my camera and took a snapshot of the sign, and went home.

For those whom are interested in what the sign said, I have posted it here:

Are you the English Lombozo or something?

Mind the gap now.

Dude we are obviously getting notes from the same person!

May I suggest we join forces and give them a good kicking.
