In the western world, only one newspaper reports the suicide of the woman who accused George W Bush of rape.

Ive heard about that, and its about as obvious as the day is long that she was snuffed out for two reasons probably 1.) she opposed bush and his administration. 2.) she most likely was telling the truth about being raped.

It seems more and more people are punished for speaking against Bush and/or the administration. Its going to get rather boring politically speaking when its outlawed to say things that arent in line with the president and his cronies.

Why don't you find out who owns the media.

Ill get right on it

I just think that there not even being a whisper that I know about this in the US is strange at best and sinister at worst.

When clinton was accused of rape it was published but bush????? Not a word

And throw in a sucide??? This is TOO good for no one to print.

Of course she MIGHT have just been mentaly ill but you would think it would deserve an investagation

Normally I wouldn't believe this woman, but the fact that NO media sources covered it, and also the fact that she was found shot in the head is more convincing to me that it may have been covered up. I wonder if there are any more details on the actual suicide?

I wish someone would pen a letter (email) to Fox News, O'Reilly, etc and see what their response is. I would do this however due to a cold medicine I have "writters block."

Interesting. Less media coverage makes it more believable. I tend to agree in spite of myself. Pupp has also posted a "hit list" of Clinton's victims which no one seems interested in as PrankMonkey points out here: www.abovetopsecret.com...

I don't know what to believe anymore. Just rarely what I'm told to believe by any self proclaimed credible source (by which I mean Fox and CNN).

That "newspaper" looks incredibly like a tabloid.

I agree 100% but I would feel better about it if SOME other media had reported it if nothing else to rebuff it

Agreed. But how many naysayers didn't believe the Rush Drug allegetions simply because NE broke it?

Tabloids are becoming mainstream news outlets and mainstream news outlets (like O'Reilly Factor) are going tabloid. Crazy world.

Even so, you could still look up the court case and find out that she really did "commit suicide". There's no way in our country's current condition that any major media sources would cover a woman claiming to have been raped by Bush.

I can't agree enough with this. Look at the ramifications. The LA Times reports on allegations of sexual assault by a Republican and thousands cancel their subscription in protest.

CBS produces a docuDRAMA about Reagen and MILLIONS join the O'Reilly led Fox bandwagon to boycott CBS.

There's a financial incentive to leave Bush be. It's quite telling actually. Dissent = "terror".

Now be a good patriot and drink your Kool-Aid.

I remember this topic being discussed in a political mud pit thread.

This has been discussed before but there is no reason not to bring it up again as this may be an important issue. It is funny that this was completely ignored by the media. I can beleive that this could happen, but is there any proof?

Just fyi, the quote in my previous post was referring to the woman's death as opposed to the other thread.

These happenings should grab more attention. Unfortunately, there are those who suppress any and all info that even has a hint of incrimination.

I find that distubing because of when Blojob-gate happened.

Actually, it was reported in a very few places. Remember that her accusations were unfounded and that she was mentally ill. They would report it as a local news story, but she was hardly a notable figure, so it never got national coverage.

...just as the suicide of any person in your community (including the somewhat popular "suicide by cop") doesn't get plastered all over the international scenes.

This doesn't even make sense to me. I don't like Bush, but why such a powerfull and rich man would have to 'rape' a women? Why not simply hire a prostitute if he's that desesperate?

And if he did raped here, why not kill her RIGHT after the act, instead of letting her the possibility to talk?

I'm sure she was a psycho, seeking either money or attention.
