Mods, I put this subject in here; it is technology but one can have fun with this particular program

SPEAKONIA is a nifty little little program that allows the reader to 'hear' the actual words being typed.
It reminds me of Bliss boards:
They were designed back in 1986 to assist the severly handicapped to be able to communicate more efficiently with others.
Bliss Boards
Bliss boards have sinced developed to a higher degree; translating the 'typed' words to be 'audible'.
i.e. Stephen Hawkings 'Bliss board' allows others to hear what he types.
Speakonia has a somewhat robotic sound to it.

A friend of ours starting having a little fun with it at a party last weekend. Apparently, the software does have a potty mouth, or should I say my
friend. Whatever words are typed in - these are the words that we will hear!
Besides cranking the speakers, and using this as a party favor, I'm sure there are other practical uses to this program.
Why not leave a memo to the kids?
Hmm...I wonder if I can get a 'snarling sound' to come out of the program to indicate how displeased I am, when the kids don't clean their
rooms?
