I found this for you:

We change the bit in front of the -illion every time we add three more zeroes. The prefixes are Greek (bi means 2, tri means three, quadra = 4, octa = 8, and so on).

This naming convention is pretty good for common everyday numbers. When scientists want to talk about big numbers they just use the shorthand: we say "ten to the power of eighty" which means 1080.

There are two other very big numbers. One is called by the funny name Googol. A Googol is 10100. Then there is the Googolplex which is 101 Googol!!

So looks like your next number is quadrillion. Then quintillion, etc.

Actually, you would probably go to numbers like 10³² etc.

Don't know if there's a name past the ...illions

Isn't that a daftly large number which is bigger than the number of atoms in the universe?
