I saw her handle a Canadian case once. At least I think I did.

I wish she was the judge in my custody case. :shk:

2 court cases later and still one left to deal with..

The first date was settled by mediation and since I had repaired the damage the eviction notice didn't stand, I was to pay $20 for a can of paint and my landlord still evicted me, illegally that is.

The second date was settled by a judge and my landlord owes me $455 by August 21 I believe it is and if he doesn't pay there will be 6% interest annually added to the amount. He still has not paid.

The 3rd date, still not sure when is going to not be much of a problem, the damages are dealt with, the rent he's asking for is not owed as he breached contract and rented the unit and illegally evicted me, I still owe the heat and hydro which is pretty much covered by the $455 he owes me.

After the 3rd court date I will file more paper work requesting more money being owed to me for all the problems so hopefully in the end things will be even or in my favour.
