How do you make a picture a link?

I was just wondering how you make a picture a link. I wanted to put a pic that was a link in my sig but I do not know how.

Editted version:

upload a picture.

Click insert an image and add the address of the picture to that and click ok.

Cut the full code and address from the post and click add a hyperlink. Paste the code and address into the first space on the add a hyperlink engine. Click ok and then add the url you want to link to in the second space that appears in the add a hyperlink engine. Click ok and that should do it.
