For those interested, click on the link to see a Dutch/Belgian documentary on the new strategy of the American forces in Baghdad. The largest part is in English but in case you'd like something to be translated, let me know, as Dutch is a language I speak.

For those curious on what the anchor asks to the reporter (male). She asks him whether he believes what the soldier in the last part says (whether victory is certain). The reporter says he doesnt believe him, which is also kind of obvious when you listen to the soldier yourself. Additionally, the reporter says that the soldier told him another 5-10 years will be required to take full control of Baghdad and deal with the insurgency.

Another big problem the reporter elaborates is the fact that the US only has two years whereas the insurgents have loads of time. They fear that the insurgents will just come back once the coalitions troops are gone.

Moreover, to become an Iraqi police officer or soldier, you'll have to pay $200,-, however, you'll earn $400 a month. Many insurgents infiltrate the police force and army and use it for intelligence ans sabotage purposes against the American army.

Additionally, those infiltrators rent out their uniforms after duty to insurgents, which they use to kidnap or blackmail people.

They also rent out entire Iraqi police squads including a 4x4 for about $1000,- Locals are extremely paranoid towards those police and Iraqi army employees for the above stated reason.

He even says that insurgent groups sell the bodies of people they kidnapped and killed to other insurgent groups, which they then sell to the victim's relatives.

Furthermore, Al Qaeda is actively involved in car bombings to call as many people as possible with the sole purpose to increase the sectarian violence and thus the civil war.

What I would like to know is if they show such documentary movies also in the US?

Residents in Mahmudiya said gunmen wearing Iraqi army uniforms had stopped a US patrol comprised of three Humvees at a fake checkpoint before attacking the soldiers, an Iraqi army source told Reuters.

They should microchip each uniform coded to the person that owns it, this way when they find a dead body with a uniform they know exactly who to go after in the event of renting. I doubt it will be shown here in the USA because we have already been told that these things are going on but people still do not believe it. Many of those terrorists that we complain about are and have been trained with US taxpayers money. I can only imagine how many weapons, and ammunition is being smuggled out of Iraqi supply dumps and into the waiting hands of these people, courtesy of the USA. Of course we will find all of this stuff out once the current administration is safely out of office.

Don't count on it, many things classified, will be so for at least 25 years.
Then there is the chance of the info being reclassified for 50 years, if it is not already.

Also consider the info sources, said info is more than likely already destroyed or will be. As is standard for it not to be reveiled, and disclosed to those who are unauthorized.

Im not familiar with how it works but can a new administration come in and declassify things if they want? OR is it like a set in stone type thing where they cannot be altered?

That falls on the originating agency, being the group who classified it first. Policy is policy, and is really close to being set in stone. Very rarely can such be challenged for a change.
