Wheat flour, not wheat gluten

I think things have become far worse as it has been discovered that the tainted flour was mislabeled as wheat gluten. Now with this information coming to light things just became a whole lot more worrisome.

Now we must wonder if the wheat flour has been introduced into products for human consumption labeled as wheat flour.

Which is more interesting? That at the tail end of the reporting of the pet food contamination story it was revealed that the tainted wheat gluten was really tainted wheat flour that was mislabeled meaning it could very well entered the human food supply and reporting stopped. Or that the link to the story now requires an account to access.

Maybe the fact that no one commented is telling in of itself...
