Do you know this aicraft ? Why it is still keep in secret? No details were exhibited on internet!

The project called Advanced VTOL Strike aircraft cooperated by German and US . The shape are silmilar with GD F-111 but fitted with four vertical-set engine in-side airframe. Its inlets finally changed to be cemi-circular being canopy rear.

It´s not a secret aircraft, its just one prototype in a long line of other, similar projects. Thats why you don´t hear anything about it.

Actually, it is a further development of the F-104 Starfighter with which the Germans experimented in the 60s to get data on V/STOL technology. You can find it in THIS .pdf file on page 48. Actually, the whole document is very interesting, it covers testing by the Luftwaffe from the 50s to late 70s and also shows some very unique prototypes and designs.
