Just found this on You tube:

Red UFO, You tube

Poster says there is better copy available and is not sure what it is?

New poster to Youtube. So no history to tell if this is hoax or just something simple to explain. No details of location either. Looks interesting to me.

Invited him here to ATS and I have requested a better copy from him.

Make of it what you will, nice to have another daylight sighting.

p.s. can someone tell me how to put a youtube window up in future rather than a link!

Hmmm looks genuine, the way the cameraman zooms seems like he is having difficulty focusing on the object with autozoom which does happen when things are a far away. It looks as though it could be some kind of helicopter maybe?

The lack of sound raises a question mark to me but it does look genuine. No idea what it could be though other than perhaps a chopper

Yeah, maybe a model helicopter or a surveillance type craft perhaps

Seems to just float though, suggesting "inflatable".

Cool video.

To embed youtube video take a look at this.

www.youtube.com... rqyN9eHLznc

After the = sign copy and paste that code into the youtube video link on your post.

Shame its so shaky, at times its looks like an egg shape then seems to take on another shape, almost like a helicopter like fiftyfifty says above.

I like this one, It looks good. Very Shaking, but it’s on the zoom, which you would expect when trying to some on something that size in the sky. The story around it sounds credible, the dad apparently had to run inside to get the camera, so makes a change from the normal people who “just happened to be videoing the empty sky”

It looks like it has something moving on it too, like a propeller.

I like it, Hopefully it’s genuine, so for looks and seems all good. Let’s hope the owner get’s on here.

Mikey

Thanx for youtube info "denied".

Yeah, shakey, but cool. Maybe ATS should advertise tripods and video cameras. Some good sponsorship there me thinks....

Hope this chap can get a better copy to me soon. I also requested info on his location.

What kinda surveillance craft has no wings, no propellars or jet engines?

So if a UFo floats, U think its powered by helium gas? J

img112.imageshack.us...

Some captures of the not so worse frames....
The object is not red, its white and dark and resembles a bunch of spherical balloons. The bolb of pixels changes shape when viewed at 1/8 speed, just like a bunch of floating balloons.

Waiting for the better quality....

Edit: It appears red due to setting sun.

Nice video..
I think this craft is terrestrial origin, but I really liked the video. The video seems genuine. When we can identify this object, we may also identify many humanoid sightings imo.
On the other hand, it can be a ballon just like in this video:

hmm, yeah i kinda thought it was a helicopter at first, but the lack of sound kind of screws you over on this one. too bad the quality is bad, cause i would really like to know what this is, as i'm sure everyone else would too.

i think its a damn kite...when zoomed in it clearly has a tail and body.
i wouldnt be surprised if the camera man was holding the kite.
its false .....it caught my attention but as soon as you watch it again you will see

I'm very impressed by this video and not only that, but the person who posted said all of the right things to indicate that this object is real not a creation in some cgi editor.
Below are some of the things he did right:
1) Gave some background information about the circumstances surrounding the recording of this unidentified object.
2) He gave additional information about those details seen about this object that a lot times are not picked up by the cam.
3) He offered to provide anyone the orignal raw version of this video to view for themselves and analyze it.

It looks like a helicopter-style craft to me.

In some frames you can see the rotor above it spinning, and i'm not usually one for detail, but i couldn't miss it.

Interesting never the less...

Awesome find, At first thought, I was thinking balloons. then the last shot, the thought of a monk or Buddha statue in meditation posture came to mind.

Good find, nerbot

Whatever it actually might be, it really looks anything other than a helicopter.

Helicoptor model! This is obvious. You can't miss the propeller. Also, this cameraman doesn't try to zoom slowly. He zooms fast and gives up and goes back to a remote view. My opinoin is that this is more crap!
