That is, that blue colored print in a thread that enables someone to rapidly access an "outside" article? Can members do this or only moderators?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you press the post button you have the post screen. In the middle of the buttons above the text box is one with a globe. Click on that and put your info in there. First you need a sentence or whatever you're going to use to describe the link. Press OK. Then you put in the hyperlink.

Bing bang boom! Ta Daaaaaa.

You can just copy + paste the link of the site you'd like to link.

Use the globe button like MM said.

Or type [ url= (put the link here) ] (and here you put what you want it to say) [ /url]

Ex. Google.

The globe button does the same thing as that, you just don't have to type it out.

Make sure when you are putting links in your post you copy the entire link, and you don't have any spaces in the link, or it won't work.
