No more WATS??

I was looking for the button a few days ago and i couldnt find it. I hope we still ahve this award. I remember some people saying that not people werent getting enough votes (20 i think) maybe we should lower that a little bit or it could be whoever gets the highest number of votes. I think the latter would work best.
Also when was the last time it was given out. know a few weeks ago one poster (i cant remember his name) made an excellent thread about 9/11 and I know numerous people voted for him and I dont know if won it or not (i'm sure he got more votes tha anyone else)
ANYWAYS back to my original question is the button really gone or am I just a bit slow and keep missing it?
