XMB themes - can I make one ?

Just wondering about the themes. Can anybody work on a theme or is it only for moderators ? If members can I wouldn't mind having a shot at some stage.

That'd be cool. I'm thinking we should be able to make one, or describe one, and submit it to the mods. (send it in an email or somthing)

I'm thinking just black and grey, black and different shades of grey for everything.(sorry if I sound kind of gothic, but I like black)

But, anyway, It sounds like an idea. I think that the mods should at least discuss it. Could be an innovation of ATS.

Well, I don't know for sure, but I don't think that if would be a problem...
As long as it's a very cool theme of course...
