Castro fails to appear on May Day

news.bbc.co.uk

Cuba's leader Fidel Castro has failed to appear at Havana's annual May Day parade, fuelling speculation about the state of his health.

The 80-year-old is suffering from an intestinal ailment and has not been seen in public since he handed power to his brother Raul nine months ago.

Well it looks like that Castros days may be numbered here on earth, but one must sure give him credit for surviving that long in power defying the US.

Unfortunately he has lived long, too long, and caused the suffering of most Cubans, and the death of many other Cubans.

If he dies soon expect his brother and the rest of the Cuban regime to hold ceremonies where Cubans will be herded to make it look like all Cubans on the island are in mourning, but it is just another rigged ploy like what they do when castro used to make his 4 hour long speeches...

castro's thugs would herd all Cubans from jobs and even children from schools to listen to "el comandante" for 4 hours. If someone doesn't leave his job to listen to the speech their names are written down and given to castro's thugs, so that person/persons would lose their jobs and be harrased as to why they didn't want to listen to the "glorious speech of the dictator"...

The Cuban regime will try to keep castro's death quiet for a while, later on there might be some changes done by Cubans, but the Communist regime of the island is not only castro himself, but the thugs he has surrounded himself with which will do anything and everything to keep their priviledges intact, while most Cubans on the island suffer.
