The press has provided convincing info that leads to the I idea that he is guilty. The question of him being a pedophile is difficult to determine. Give him his day in court and after that the next step will be clear.

I do not believe Michael Jackson will be found guilty. He is innocent in my opinion.

It should be noted, how a note was found from the social workers investigating the case, saying the allegation was unfounded in the first place.

You say the DA would not charge unless they had enough evidence to convict? That is ridiculous, millions of people are found not guilty each year, conviction is never guarenteed.

On top of this DA's will often charge with little evidence, hoping some will surface later, using it as a way to boost their fame(as in this case, even if they lose), or maybe just going on a power trip, charging someone they hate, so they go through all that trouble.

Guilty or not, with the money that Jackson has he will not be found guilty, at least of anything more serious than some type of misdemeanor, probably not even that. Take a look at the OJ Simpson case and you'll what money can buy you in the legal or should I say illegal justice system of this country!
