I'm posting this as of 12:19p.m. central time.

Last night, a friend and I heard a rumbling outside, overhead.
After going out to check it, at first we saw nothing, but finally found what could have been the culprit.
2 Planes/jets flying side by side, and they looked to be emitting a thick smoke like jet out the back, that went in a straight line.
Even at night I could see the stuff coming out the back.

Now, this morning, exactly a half hour ago, we both went outside again, to walk to the nearest fast food place, and we had to turn around and go back.
The air was practically unbreathable.
It had an overpowering smell of stale animal urine and burning oil.
I am still having problems breathing fully as we speak.

Ontop of this, we have seen NOONE outside walking.

where are you located and have you checked the local news etc for possible explanations?

So the air has presumabley had this odor to it for around or at least 12 hours? Hmm...

What types of aircrafts where they you saw? Military or civilian? Any way to tell?

How low were the aircraft? Are you in a rural area with lots of animals near by? (that could explain the urine smell with a wind shift)

The air did not smell like this last night when we went out.
It was late when we noticed the mlast night, somewhere around 1a.m.

I'm not in the country, I'm in a smaller town, less than 10,000 people.

The air still has the smell, only to a less degree, and I have finally seen a few people walking.

It's hard to deseribe the smell to a T.
The best I can match it up with, it a musky, urine smell, with a chemical, or oil smell mixed in.
Def not a skunk, or pig # coming from a farm a few miles away.
This was incredible overpowering, to the point it was hard to breathe.
Almost took your breath away, like walking outside when it's 40 below and trying to breathe, it was that harsh.

The aircraft were low enough that I could plainly see the blinking light, and see the wings, etc.
Probably 1,000ft or so.

Well, blinking light. Most likely a civilian aircraft.

Could of been some sort of crop duster or something. That would be my best guess as of yet.
