I have noticed something weird about the brain lately. If I use my brain and think "move my right hand" my hand does not move but when I am not thinking anything i can move my hand. maybe its just me

Sounds like a pot smoker's observation!

When you think 'Move my right arm' you're consentrating on thinking/saying it in your head or out loud (whatever you did) but when you actually use brain signals to move they aren't translated into words in your head, thus you wouldn't say it, thus you;d think you aren;t thinking it.

Get it?

Yes, when you physically move your arm or whatnot, your brain is still moving it. It sends brain waves to your muscles which in turn moves your arm or whichever muscle you please.
