The Gov't of Manitoba has just raised $US 1,500,000,000 on the US. SEC.
Did they get permission of their people? NO! These securities will be paid for with intrest by children who are not of legal consenting age to agree to this debt. This debt will be paid for by unborn children. This is literally selling your children into slavery! All so the provincial gov't can bloat itself to more ineptness, so members of parliament & corrupt judges can get bigger pensions and pay raises. So its crown corporations can expand and put the little guys out of business. This is disgusting!
Why would a province borrow more money if they are already in debt, why would they borrow this money through the U.S. federal Reserve with intrest when they can get intrest free loans from the bank of Canada?
Some heads should really roll over this one!

Look at page 6, 9, 12, and all matters as who is going to profit from this, who is responsible, and who has to pay the taxes.
This is also more undeniable proof that countries, states, provinces, cities, etc have all been turned into chartered ships (corporations) undertaking maritime voyages in which the holders of the debt (voyage under writers) charge insurance payments which we know as income taxes for all of its officers taking the journey. Everyone gives up their inalienable rights in common law unknowingly by excerising their unlimmited right to contract them away in order to hold the office or post known as PERSON, RESIDENT, and TAXPAYER (not tax_payer). this suxs! Wake up people.
