We the Citizens of the United States
Want an immidiate halt and perminent ban on all chemical spraying over Unites States and adjacent countrys(canada and mexico). This is not a simple request. Any Government official ,from the President of the United States to the lowest gov employee,This ban will include All Branches of the Armed forces(army,navy,airforce,marines,)all special operations task forces, NSA,CIA,Dept of Interior ,all facets of U.S.Government and All Black Opps Departments under/not under gov control. Any Military Service Personel not adhearing to this petition will be arrested and tried on charges of Treason against the United States and its Citizens.
