Has anyone considered that there may be reusable orbital vehicals other than the shuttel working in secret? Just wondering because i was reading some other web page the other day that was saying something like this?

there is the rusian buran but it is not in use. the buran should have have been using the energia launch rocket.

If you stretch the definition of "orbital vehicle"

Spacelab and various satellites that are carried up and returned by the space shuttle... also, MMUs (the manoeuvring backpack for shuttle astronauts).

But for things that fly up and come down again, it's hard to say. I don't know what's become of other reusable boosters, like Kistler Aerospace's resuable two-stage rocket or the Roton.

I think he meant reusable vehicles.
There are actually quite a few projects for the next genaration spacecraft, just google a bit...

The Dyna-Soar was a USAF program in the 1950's that was canceled, and no the Soyuz is not resusabl;e its basically the Russain answer to the old Apollo sapcecraft and was designed originally to go to the moon.
