If you like candy, you'll like Will Cotton - Sugar is really a dramatic statement on the age - Utopian dreams.....

Cotton Candy (Will Cotton the artist, that is)

I will say for candy, I like heath bars

The most popular recipe he shared was for "Trail-Toffee" carried from an enterprise operated by some Greek candy-makers in Champaign, Illinois. The Heath brothers took this recipe and developed it further. After several months of trial and error, the brothers declared their formula for "English Toffee" to be "America's Finest." The year was 1928.

That's funny.

When I eat m&m's I only eat orange, yellow, & green. My family thinks it's funny. They try and tell me you can't tell the difference.

I say Yes you can. LOL.

I love chocolate!
Any chocolate will do nicely.

why the 'brown ones only'?
Let me answer that!

Is that because chocolate(cocoa beans) is brown coloured and they have less artificial colours?

Apologies if the paintings by Will Cotton are regarded as too risque for a younger audience, he is a respected artist and those images are from a google image web search. (I've been asked to delete them but can no longer edit the post, so maybe a moderator will be kind enough to delete them for me.) My intention was not to offend.

I find his paintings reflect the Utopian nature of 20th century sentiments - in the desire for pleasure and beauty, and the use of sugar or candy reflects the underlying cost or inescapable practicalities of that dream. The use of the female form is not incidental to the presentation, but reflects the pretension and implies the social and moral price of female ideals of beauty in how it relates to both pornographic and main stream presentation. Utopian but at a price.

Candy after all, is delicious - but rots your teeth.

That said, I'd like to mention my fondness for spun sugar - cotton candy. Sometimes I wish I could go back to being 9, just for how it tasted then.
Clouds are made of cotton candy, just like the moon is made of cheese.

Pink cotton candy on a stick is the best.

I go to carnivals just to get some. The sad thing is now-a-day's they seem to only put cotton candy in a bag. Get's your fingers all sticky. lol

Cherry Twizzlers, Airheads Sour Apples and Crybaby Mini Tears. Sometimes I get the itch to eat some Disney Princess Spin Pops when I am feeling crazy.

As a kid it was the mixture of "Hot tamales" and popcorn, in the theater. Made for a Carmel popcorn with a serious kick.

Now its any hard candy. Especially Blow pops because you get gum at the end of the ordeal.
