I used to be somewhat interested in the so-called "rod" phenomenon. That is, until I saw the effect replicated with an insect under controlled conditions utilizing altered shutter speeds. Unfortunately, this was some time ago, and I can't recall what program I was watching, or even what channel I had on at the time, which is a shame, because it was a perfect duplicate to the "unknown beings" Jose Escamilla claims he's discovered.

Also, Richard, you keep asking torsion to provide you with the body/corpse of an insect as proof that these creatures are what he claims. He's not trying to say that there is an insect with a cylindrical body and a continuous body-wrapping wing wobbling around out there somewhere. He's telling you that it is in fact a common insect under abnormal filming conditions being given that appearance. If you'd like, I'd be more than happy to mail you a dead moth in a Zip-Loc bag. You can even sell your "rod" on Ebay afterwards...

I resently rewatched the Disclosure Project and I am not at all impressed with how some posters attempt to discredit people here or anywhere else. All those people stood up in front of the press and put themselves out there. They told thier stories and are willing to stand before congress to prove their plight.

I truly understand the burden of proof thing but personally if I ever met an alien or seen a UFO I would not share it. The ridicule and personal attacks scare me.

Don't confuse the witness testimony from the TDP with that of the claims made by Greer.

TDP had some fairly credible witnesses all telling their stories. Fine. They had little evidence to support their stories, so be it. People can choose to believe them or not.

When Greer caims that he can vector in UFOs and has contact with them, he also does that without evidence. The few photos that we see in this thread are BUNK and a total disgrace. Greer is a fraud, so are his photos and so are some of his supporters who are quick to post ways in which money can be donated to them or Greer on their private websites, etc.

People who claim to be present when those photos were taken and swear them to be true are also frauds. If they post here in support of those photos, then in my opinion, they should be banned.

How does an "Energy Communication Anchor" work anyway? Is it a claim or verified fact that Aliens toss down a handful of moth's at the speed of light in hopes humans with digital cameras will capture them on film thus allowing "communications" between man and ET's begin?! Wouldn't it be so much easier if Alien's just landed at the "training camp", walked up to Greer and said "hey .... what's up Doc? ... you all wanna communicate?".

I think Greer has done great work in the "past", not many have gathered so many witnesses throughout all branches of government, agencies and the like and have been able to get them to come forward and finally speak out about their personal encounters and experiences concerning UFO and ET happenings that they witnessed before doing so only on their death bed and final moments of breath like so many wittinesses before them more commonly do/did.

BUT, that being said, it is disappointing to see the CSETI website produce such crap "evidence" when I am sure their has to be so much more and better "evidence" that can be "Disclosed" to the general public from the files of some of those 400+ wittinesses and their testimonials. Show us ALL those documents and photos instead!

As far as the Joshua Tree blue light goes, that reddish circle like glow that appears to the right on the rock is a bit interesting also, or is that going off topic . IF that is some sort of "craft" (I think I read someone saying it was, sorry if my memory serves me wrong) then I'll have to say that I feel very skeptical about that analys and I think the "blue light" can be made from many things, accidental or on purpose, that is non terrestrial.

The disc on the shirt thing, well that kinda looks like the flying disc that was caught on some NASA space footage years ago from a cam in space above a thunder storm (anyone but me remember that footage? I'll look for a link).

Listen, I actually love the disclosure project, and am thrilled to death with the folks that Greer has got to come forward. That being said, those photos need to be taken down, and they need to put some actual UFO ones up, if they are truly having encounters. That second photo looks EXACTLY like a moth-I can see a wing, antennae, and legs underneath it. Love the project, but this kind of stuff needs to scrapped IMO.

Why was Tock banned? I have Tock on my friends list and thought he was friendly, insightful and passionate. What on Earth did he do to get banned? We need more supporters of the Disclosure Project here, not to get rid of them. These people are the good guys. Some may not see eye-to-eye with Dr Greer from a spiritual viewpoint but perhaps you haven't had his experiences. I believe there are direct connections between ET and the mind and physicality and consciousness. But I am too dumb and ignorant myself to pull everything together in a way that makes sense. It's a difficult concept to get one's head around, but I am open-minded enough to recognise that yes this could be how reality is constructed (beyond our 5 senses).

As for the photos, I'm not overly impressed. At the same time, I'm not going to have a cow over it either. Would love to see more.

Anyone with access to a video camera and a moth can try to reproduce this on a closed room, filming the moth flying with the lights on and with the lights off to see if it changes from one thing to another.

Yep Torsion, that was exactly what I was referring to in my above post. Anybody even remotely familiar with insect anatomy could see that is a moth. Like I said above, I am a big advocate of TDP, but stuff like this is not helping in the advancement of disclosure. In fact, it's damaging to it IMHO.

Most of the witnesses are of good natured intent - don't think we are attacking them... there are a few witnesses that are iffy - but the majority of them are sincere. Unfortunately, they have been duped by Greer - that is the that majority of the complaint against TDP - and that he went all new age on everyone.

Anyone who is in UFO research who is making a buck off of wild claims (like Greer, and Billy Meir) need to be put in check - and they need to prove their claims - because it is people like them that make researching UFOs/Aliens truly difficult.
