07/07/2007 what will become

Ok, it's the seventh here in Aus. The world hasn't ended yet in any other country, I hope?

I wouldn't expect anything much, as already stated, something magnificent happening on 7-7-7 is simply too predictable. however, i will keep a close eye on the headlines as today progresses.

070707 is a huge day for weddings in Vegas, I heard somewhere around 30,000 couples are planned to get married that day.

speaking of vegas I head that the reptillian aliens love vegas, if you believe in that sort of thing.

As for my 7/7, nothing yet, just observes a strange cloud or two. Oddly there weren't many clouds out at 11am here, but almost overcast by 1pm...

Hawk eye, come of of it. Today is not about Satan and it certainly isn't about God's holy number of 777... It is about someone making the illogical conclusion that just because a day corresponds with a number that has supernatural significance that something drastic or miraculous is going to happen.

The drastic happenance will be caused by man or others using the Human dating system.
Numerology is incredibily significant.

I didn't say that it wasn't. However, considering that our calendar system is not the original, I don't think it can be applied to dates now.

Huh? Numerology is a very, very ancient practice. The calendar system used back then is no where near to what we used in ancient times.

You seem to enjoy stating the obvious.
What i am saying, is , that IF certain parties WERE using our current dating system , then there is still possible numerical significance, even to our flawed calendrical system.

Hawk eye, I don't see it. :shk: We'll just wait and see if anything happens. The day is not officially over until midnight. If everything is as usual come tomorrow, I think it's safe to say that numerology doesn't apply in this case.

Well, Live Earth DID take place yesterday. Honestly after my girlfriend made me watch 2 minutes of that.....I thought the world was going to end!

And only an army of tree hugging hippies can bring upon the apocalypse.
