Okay the Area 51 is a stretch, but it is on the Nellis Range and its a good candidate for it.

The USAF is set to bring North Americas biggest solar plant online. Located in the Nevada desert covering over 140 acres the plant will generate 15 megawatts of power and save the base about 1 million a year.
