Iraq's missing billions

A long video, made by a UK documentary show. Details the 23 billion dollars of Iraq's own money - seized bank accounts, profits from oil, etc, that in the first year or so of occupation completely disappeared. Follows an iraqi doctor as he views conditions inside hospitals, and in fact also shows what happened when his house was invaded by US soldiers, suspecting him of "insurgency".

Remember all that money that was to pay for rebuilding iraq? Iraq's own money? Millions upon billions unaccounted for, overcharged for by US firms, stolen by various unscrupulous people, etc etc.

And we wonder why there are insurgencies?

Apologies if this has been posted previously, no idea how old this is - I think 2003-4 ish, I just found it extremely moving.
