I am not tying it to Iran, another post is. I am saying that is NOT a false flag.
This was a confused individual who used aspects of many things to fuel his rage. He also made comments on 9/11 that have not been publically released
I read, and the video itself reminds me of the suicide bomber tapes to some degree.
Home grown terror is what I am suggesting.

CNN TV reports that it is "AX ISMAIL". There are numerous sources to reference from the bible, movies and poetry. The true meaning may have went to
the grave with him.

One should also take into account that it's forbidden to have tattoos in Islam, and Abraham never used an axe to sacrifice Ismael. Abaraham used a
knife to slit the throat of the ram, which is a practice used in today's sacrifices during the Hajj, when sheeps are sacrificed and its meat is sent
out to the needy.

Are there not later translations of the Koran to include the using of an axe? I know I read that somewhere.

When I researched it yesterday I found many different connections, one of which was that "AX" is an abbreviation for the woman’s fraternity Alpha
Chi Omega.
There is an active chapter on that campus and he may have been after girls from this frat that had turned him down or otherwise treated him badly.
Hard to say what it really meant.
The one thing I do know is the more this is played out in the media the more likely it is for some other disturbed individuals to view this guy as a
martyr.

Well
I don't think you can say for sure there is a link to Islam. However, at this point, I don't think you can discount anything. Some of his comments
on gluttony, hedonism, and wealth seem to be similar to some of the complaints radical Islam has with the west. I hope they release the full
transcript. Just because he is from South Korea doesn't mean he could not have embraced the radical jihad. Not all islamofacists have to be from the
middle east. We have them home-grown in America too.
It's all conjecture at this point until we see the full manifesto. If they never let us see it then I will start to wonder what the cover up is...

If they could link this to Islam, they'd be all over it. I really don't see them covering it up if that's what it says. And I don't think you just
dive in to radical Islam, I think he would have been attending mosque's and such, learning the basics of the religion before going of the deep end.
There would surely be some record or talk of him at least being interested it, some point where he was preaching (or whatever muslims call it) to
somebody or something along those lines. Too much paranoia these days, instead of commies, it's jihadists but they're usually easier to identify.

I think Cho's psychosis was caused more by his background and early experiences; rather than his politics or religion.

It's truly sad that his sadness and confusion manifested itself in violence.

I die like Jesus Christ
Misleading title - it says, that the shooting is connected to terrorism, yet the author of this post is trying really hard to draw parallels between
him and Islam, as if terrorism equals Islam (which is probably what the author is thinking too).
Anyway, in the last words of the shooter of this tragedy, he talks about Jesus and being impaled on the cross, which has more to do with Christianity
then with Islam, since Jesus being impaled on the cross is what the Bible is talking about, not the Holy Qu'ran.
Let us examine his last words then:
News BBC
Thanks to you, I die like Jesus Christ, to inspire generations of the weak and the defenceless people.
Do you know what it feels like to be humiliated and be impaled on a cross and left to bleed to death for your amusement?
So where is this link between him and Islam?

I think we should understand one thing. This is a guy who is mentally insane. He was psychotic. He had nothing to do with religious terrorism, if he
did, it was only in his mind.
The praised the columbine killers in the video too. He was living in a fantasy world, which explains the alias. "Ismail Ax" is, if you like, his
alter ego in his own little world.

I agree,
the author is trying to find a link to Islam. If the shooter wasn't Asian, would "Ismail Ax" be seen as a religious link?. To say that the shooting
was linked to terorism is EXTREMELY misleading.

I am asking to opposite question that the post about this bieng a false flag op. Terrorism comes in many forms. This was a very very disturbed
individual who made reference to 9/11 also in his diatribe but the text has not been released. This is the beginning of what could be a problem with
homegrown terrorism.
A person like this can be easliy influenced by a person, media or reading during isolation. They take parts of things they read and create a belief in
their own mind or become influenced by radical teachings. They begin to feel superior and have delusions that lead to medication or an incident such
as this.
My other question is how his father made money in Saudi Arabia before he married Cho's mother? Coincidence is what many people hang on with 9/11
theory, so why not explore every avenue.
Maybe he is a radical Christian terrorsit since he said you impaled me like Jesus Christ, or was he saying that as the problem, that he was pushed to
accept those teachings and he did not. Everything can be read in many different ways.

Whoa!
Sun-Kyung Cho is employed by the Iraq Reconstruction Management Office, according to U.S. officials and a State Department staff directory that
says she works from an annex near the department's headquarters in Washington.
The office was set up by President Bush to coordinate the reconstruction program in Iraq and offers jobs to "highly skilled and motivated United
States citizens" to work at the U.S. Embassy in Baghdad, according to State Department documents. The office also has several Washington-based
positions.
Korea?
Saudi Arabia?
Iraq?
What is next?
Iran?

I read the same that the mother and father owned a small business, and that the fathers relatives in the US helped him immigrate and get him started.
After reading the play he wrote, could this have been a step father?
As in any investigation I am interested in the motive and not blame of religion.
