It could be part of a tv show /movie or it could be an outtake for a hoaxed moon walk.

I had no sound, but the clip was pretty funny. I would doubt it's anything more than a simulation as opposed to an actual out take. Nice find though.

Where is the whole video from the which the clip came, if you can find that then maybe you could prove it wasn't real. But as of right now the moon landing is real.
