OTTAWA (CP) - The Conservative government moved to introduce back-to-work legislation Monday to force striking CN Rail employees back to work.

Canadian National Railway said earlier Monday that a countrywide contract could not be reached with striking conductors in the United Transportation Union.

CN rail is in for some big trouble.... the future does not look good at all, I dont think the workers will go back to work. What do you think?

I for one am hopeful that the conductors do go back to work and soon. Even though I don't live in Canada, I am a railfan. To see a railroad like Canadian National being brought to it's knees is sad. This is because the Government of Canada won't give in to their demands.
