I'm in an American unit stationed in Germany. Sometimes the Polizei use our ranges. Oddly they use black men paper targets that also look like gangbangers. This kind of goes hand and hand with the story above. Now this may or may not be racist. It may be anti American instead. What I mean by that is if you go to German bars, clubs, stores, etc. you can identify alot of American soldiers easily by their ghetto hip hop clothes and gang banger mannerisms. German women love black men too so maybe its Sexual frustration from the Germans
