Isn't the Muslim thing overstressed a little? George Bush himself has said that America is not at war with Islam. Are you saying that Obama will betray the interests of the US if elected. Remember that the US has an interest in maintaining good relations with "the Muslim world" if you want to put it that way and many US citizens, including ones serving in the armed services are Muslim.

I don't really see Islam as an issue with Obama, just as Catholicism wasn't really an issue with JFK. Despite the temper of the times, I don't think people like Obama or Bush, or Clinton take religion all that seriously. Nor should they, at least as far as their jobs go.

You are right in that respect, but radical Islam is a whole different ball game my friend. Their mission in life is to kill those that either are not Muslim, or will not convert to this militant religion. Who do you think the Taliban in Afghanistan are? Who do you think Al Qaeda is? Radical Muslim extremists bent on the destruction of America and what she stands for.

Of course, now i'll get the "Yeah, but don' you think we deserve it?".

No, we don't deserve it. And no, we didn't kill 1 bllion innocent Iraqi children. The numbers are always highly skewed and don't take into account insurgent killing of innocent people (which they have quite often).

We are fighting radical Islam.

Quite a bit of the Islamic world is fighting radical Islam and they have been going at it for much longer than the Americans have.

America might well benefit from good will in the Muslim world generated by the presence of a presidential candidate with Islam in his backround.

For the people that think Obama is Muslim, allow me to clear this fact up for you. www.barackobama.com... His father was born in Kenya and was a muslim but died an athiest. Obama barely knew his father and was never brought up with the muslim religion. Obama is christian. Also, not all people of the muslim faith are terrorists. It's like saying that all Germans are nazi's. Think about your statement and check your facts before making sweeping generalizations about muslims and Obama.

i find this idea intresting and would definatly say it would have to be an inside job like you. i think however that obama wouldnt be assisinated for his veiwpoints or policies, because obama is a total sellout for the internationalist kabal. he is a complete puppet so it definatly wouldnt hurt to have him assisinated if it helped their end goals. the only reason i think they might assisnate him would be to put hillary in power and to use his assisnation to usher in martial law. they might try and create links between the assisination and iran even. who knows these people are evil.

i dont know about clark though. it seems he may not be completely on the inside. it seemed like he tried to warn us that within a day of sept 11th we would be attacking iran and iraq. the globalists probably didnt like him speaking out about that.

Apparently the Obamas of Kenya have been reading those scurrilous emails to which Barack likes to refer, because they have no doubt—contrary to the claims of the Obama campaign, that the presidential candidate was raised a Moslem. They take that as a given.

As the Jerusalem Post reports, “Barack Obama’s half brother Malik said Thursday that if elected his brother will be a good president for the Jewish people, despite his Muslim background. In an interview with Army Radio he expressed a special salutation from the Obamas of Kenya.”
The Obama brothers’ father, a senior economist for the Kenyan government who studied at Harvard University, died in car crash in 1982. He left six sons and a daughter. All of his children - except Malik—live in Britain or the United States. Malik and Barack met in 1985.

In a remarkable denial issued last November that still stands on the official campaign website, Obama spokesman Robert Gibbs issued a statement explaining that “Senator Obama has never been a Muslim, was not raised as a Muslim, and is a committed Christian.”

Apparently Malik Obama, himself a Muslim, had not read the press release.

Melanie Phillips is the most recent commentator to draw attention to the massive body of evidence that leaves no doubt that Barak Hussein Obama was born a Muslim (Islam is patrilineal) and raised a Muslim (so registered in school, acknowledging attending Islamic classes, reported accompanying his step-father to the mosque, and able to recite the Koran in the original Arabic.)

Reuven Koret, Aaron Klein and Daniel Pipes have previously pointed to the attempts by Obama and his campaign to conceal the candidate’s Muslim background. The well documented evidence draws upon the on-the-ground interviews by researchers in Indonesia and Kenya, published quotations of Obama’s childhood friends and his school records, as well as the candidate’s own autobiography.

It is not clear whether Barack Obama will now disown his half-brother Malik, or throw him under the campaign bus, for acknowledging that shared family background. In any case, some one should notify Obama’s “Fight the Smear” website. Perhaps they can get him with the program.

You make a great case calcoastseeker. What kills me though is people are missing something very important about the "character" of this individual. Is he not insulting Islam with his vehement denials of his Islamic background? How did those two Muslim women feel being ushered away from him in a publicity photo that was supposed to be "diverse"?

Any Muslims on ATS have anything to say about Senator Barack Hussein Obama?

Is anybody else noticing just how many unlikely circumstances I managed to get close on here? I'm not really sure what to make of it. It's almost like they really did try to do it but Obama managed to escape.

Now that obama's been nominted im sure the wheels are already in motion for a plan to take him out prior to the election. He's just got too many groups against him.

Israel clearly does not trust him. They have already had there plan to take out Iranian nuks put on hold because the republicans are afraid of loosing the election if there seen as supporting an attack.

The military establishment and contractors are definitely sharping there sites as President Obama would pull out of Iraq and kill the golden goose. China is totally surprised that America would have a black as president and is wondering what it will do to their internal policy of supression agains their own muslim population.

Any way you slice it I think hes toast. I do believe it will be prior to the election as Biden would probably have to carry out some of the obama creed in his memory. I put the odds at better than average that he is taken out in mid october just prior to the election. Anyone know how the constitution provides for an assassination just prior to the election ??? As far as I know the show goes on just as planned leaving the democrats with Biden and Clinton as there only short ticket .

The act takes Tax payer money and uses it to sell Monsanto GMO crops and steal farmland from the poor.

Second there are reports (fact?? fiction??) Muslims are recruiting Blacks right out of jail and training them but the US government has done nothing. One wonders if Obama is being set-up to be murdered. The Black Muslims are allowed to build up military power so there is a reason to declare a never-ending martial law, like Nazi Germany. His VP pick certainly fall right in with that senario.
