I think the best thing to do now is just look for patterns and conformity.

Once we identify these patterns we can then break down the meaning.

Lets start from teh top. What does HOV|IKA mean.

What words can they make?

There are 720 different ways this word can be arranged.

Any ideas why someone would send this to you out of the blue? The drawing itself looks very immature like what a child would draw. Perhaps done on purpose to mask identity etc, or perhaps given to a child to copy from and transfer the 'message'.

hovika=hovija, i think it's jehovah in a split mirror type of transposition. perhaps suggesting what type of ciphering is used on the letters once they are extracted from ezekiel.
seems a bit kabbalistic to me.

I dont think so great. Look at the lines they all seem to be pretty straight and the angles on the cross looking thing seem pretty percise. I dont have a protractor to measure the angle but that might have something to do with it.

also look at the words up top it looks like they were wrote once then gone back over like they were using a ruler or something.

Well 'matrix multiplication' uses an array similar to the blocks of numbers seen...

can be multiplied by another matrix array either 3x3 (like above) or any combination of matrix size.

There is a Rabbi Akivoh. Which got me thinking that the twelve sets of numbers referanced the twelve tribes and I've been trying to see if I could get the numbers to add to 144,000. But alas to no avail.

O ok kool get the matrix thing but do those matrices make since and compute out i guess i jsut dont get the math part too mcuh.

That is a bible code software. Its $20 if anyone is interested. I would get it but i have a mac and it wont run on my comp.

I zoomed the letter in windows picture viewer and beside the word EZEKIAL is "4:11" referencing chapter four, verse 11. Underneath this in the letter is the word HIN, in ancient Hebrew , a liquid measure of 1.5 gallons .

Ezekial Chapter 4, Verse 11 KJV - "Thou shalt drink also water by measure, the sixth part of an hin: from time to time shalt thou drink." I don't know if this is any help.

93 seems to show up a lot, maybe whoever sent it is a Thelemite?

I also noticed a pattern with HOV..

You wouldn't use the phrase. You'd use the book of ezekiel. first you'd put it in the magic square, 15x15. use the matrices on the bottom. isolate the corresponding letters, then transpose by one place in the alphabet, to the left, i think. then there may be one more step. i cuold be wrong. like i said, i'm not a crypto person

but from what is bolded (procedure 1)
x=variable
7x(993 +7)=7000
where x=10

we continue: (procedure 2)
7000 +7 =7070

but from what is bold taking into consideration the same procedure as (2) above!
7000 +7*h=7070
where h=variable
so
h=10
7070 + 7k =7077
where k=variable
so
k=1
7077 +7p = 7077
where p=variable
so
p=0

(considering the procedure 1)
(7*10+0)*7=70*7=490
The number is 490!
or
(7*10+7)*0=0
the number is 0!

I think it must be related to the hin and also perhaps the ration of meat God allotted Ezekiel in the preceding verse. But the phrasing 'from time to time' is throwing a big roadblock in my ciphering.

Another random theory:

Fibonacci sequence, the first 12 numbers, end with 89 (11th) then 144 (12th) and of course, the bible ends with 144 (x 1000). I have found that 12 number sequence definitely from Genesis through the NT to the end; except I have yet to find a correlation for 89 in there. I am sure it is there because the pattern is strong once it is seen.

It appears to be 'bible code' propaganda with an attempt at making a logical sequence of numbers work around an ideology. Like it was mentioned earlier...the best thing that can come out of it is a paper airplane.
