Global Warming a Cover?

I was wondering - is the argument about Global Warming a cover for something else, such as weather experiments or something that hasn't gone as intended???

I remember reading that around the time of the Rendlesham Forest UFO incident, scientists near by had been playing with an apparent nuclear weather device, and in the course of that experiment, caused a myriad of extreme weather in the immediate area that disappeared as quickly as it had appeared.

I don't necessarily believe it's a cover for anything conspiracy like with the government but I believe it's a cover for the broad range of things that are going on in the world today:

- Ozone layer hole
- Increase in levels of CO2
- Destruction of the rain forests
- Coral Reef destruction
