A bit of interesting research has come out of Duke University. It seems that some foods enhance the taste of cigarettes and others can mute the
effect.
Alcohol, meat, and caffeine all enhance the taste while cheese, water, and broccoli decrease it. Lets face it, you seldom see someone smoking over a
cheese plate, but a bar or coffee house people go nuts.
This research may help people quit my a simple diet modification. It will probably take more than that, but it may give an edge to those having a hard
time quitting.
