Iran offers to share nuclear expertise with GCC states

www.gulfnews.com

Doha: Iran is ready to share its nuclear technology with Gulf countries and open its research facilities to create confidence among neighbours and demolish the charge that the country is on its way to building a nuclear bomb, Iranian officials here said.

While supporting Iran's stance over the use of nuclear technology for peaceful purposes, Gulf countries have at times expressed concerns over a nuclear build-up in the region and the risks posed to the environment.

This sounds pretty troubling for the state of foreign affairs with the Middle East. This is absolutely the last thing that anyone needs, is the Iranians boasting their nuclear expertise, and then sharing it with anyone and their brother.

If anything, this statement will cause other nations to take an even more aggressive stance against Iran, and possibly take proper precautions to ensure that other rogue terrorist states cannot possibly have access to this kind of technology.

Does this spell out imment war for Iran and the rest of the world?

No not Iran against the world but this could unite the Middle East and it could be a East Vs. West fight. I’m interested how the EU, Russia and China will respond to this.
