Ok, nobody heard me, so I'm trying again. These pictures are hosted at uploadit.org, so they are not hotlinked. This means you can use ats-tags instead of the im-tags you're now using. Like this:

That streak, I assume its airplane with a motion blur has been all over the sky on my screen. Now the thing that I thought was Venus in the upper right has disappeared. I have to wonder what the time-laps on that camera is.

A first? A group on-line sighting? Darn good fun!

Yeah but assuming those lights are the city, are we just seeing a bunch of jets landing lights as they make a turn to approach LAX. The time laps may be making the lights look like streaks and we may be missing entire aircraft flying by in between. So when you see one light move drastically it may be because it actually the next aircraft on approach and the other one already landed.

Maybe i'm dense but WHERE, which webswite did you get this from? This looks photoshopped. Duh.

But there is the thing that it didn't look like jet contrails.

I see lots of tiny dots still, they're probably airplanes approaching. They don't appear blurred though.. Wouldn't a time lapse just be taking pictures at timed intervals? It wouldn't be slow enough the planes would turn into blurs I would think.....

Kinda neat, so who else got captures of things they saw?

Just got a saved picture with a moving "line" of white across it, I will gather a few if I find them and upload 'em.

I didn't alter the live web cam in any way, this is what was on my screen.

This doesn't look like a jet trail to me.

is there any reason, assuming they are jet contrails, to explain why they are so short and seem to stick around for a few minutes at a time?

It just dawned on me what those might be.
I think that its actually lights of cars passing by, below the tower, reflecting on the glass in front of the camera. If you look close at some of the blur lines you’ll see that they sometimes reflect more then once.

I would like to point out that the black dots remained in the sky all this time and did not change position at all.
