Does anyone knows something about a Top secret base in the province of Quebec? I know that one of the biggest base is in Valcartier but one of the most secret one is not too far from Ottawa and its completly in the wood. We can just see a closed entrance with DOD property, do not cross. Also, some nights you could see some lights in the deep forest and black helicopter.... Anyone has something on this?

Just curious if you can better describe the possible location. Having spent quite a few years in the Ottawa area, and mountain biking over in Quebec, I know some of the ares fairly well, but can you describe a more specific location?

Actually the best place i could give you is in Ripon Quebec. By the time i was looking for more info, I know that this place is not own by DOD. There are some outdoor signs .... Use of deadly forces authorized. I will see if i am able to takes some picture if I find it.
