Could have HAARP changed the paths of storms such as Ivan and Katrina ?

Absolutely, and anyone who says it's impossible has a very narrow, limited mind.

Read the works of Tesla (zero point energy) and ask yourself why his research was repressed. People should also read Tom Bearden's site (especially since the highest ranks of the military do). HAARP possibilities are not limited to atmospheric research. Along with the research come the possibilities of scalar weaponry, weather steering, etc.. Just let your mind imagine the best and the worst possibilities of manipulating the ions in the atmosphere (if you can) and you'll then see that everything you can and can't think of has already been thought of by politicians and scientists and the ideas revolve around the HAARP project.

Plz pass this around, people need to know what the government is up to.....................
