I know what that is...
The original image is just a common message banner being pulled by a tiny prop plane too small to capture in the image. As for the silver tube, you
can order such things from companies selling educational and scientific toys. You inflate it on a warm day and it rises as it absorbs heat. The
so-called worm is probably just one of these toys that has deflated and is being carried off by the wind. Sorry, but there's my 2 cents.
