You may find some related information in these recent KeelyNet posts:

(1) www.escribe.com...

"George Noory (Art Bell's replacement host) has announced further details of the time travel experiment he will begin on Friday Dec. 26th, under the supervision of physicist and hypnotherapist, Dr. Irving Glotch. A device created by Glotch, which is said to allow for "dimensional" rather "physical" travel, uses "eye fluttering," "special
tones," and a "massaging of the nerves," to achieve its effects. ... ..."

tend NOT to believe the tales of guests on shows like Art Bell or Jeff Rense. But I try to keep an open-mind and not "generalize" because there may be some legitimate ones amongst all the far-out cases.

Glotch's approach is crudely similar to the more sophisticated plans of Thomas Skeggs whose 'Star Chamber' design temporarily creates "exotic matter" to facilitate parallel dimensional transport and projections of fully visible and interacting remote-viewer holographic images (see www.stealthskater.com...). [note: Currently Tom is quite busy machining parts for a revolutionary capacitor discharge hydrogen-oxygen advanced flight test article at => www.ftadefiance.org... .]

Also, Scientific American featured on article on progress in memory manipulation, something conspiracists have long maintained the military-government has used in the past: "Unmaking Memories: Interview With James McGaugh" => www.sciam.com... .

Their explanation of how this machine works looks very vague, and we would need more details to determine if it has any hope of working..until then I don't believe it.

Time travel has already been proven, but it is not exactly what you would expect. It is not possible to go back in time before you started. Only to slow time down for one or speed it up for another.

Simple proof: There are some humans that will use any new technology for their own gain and being that there does not seem to have been any major problem with 'time' then it is only logical to assume that the technology to go back in time has never been created.

ALTHOUGH, it would be an interesting story line on how people like Jack the ripper were never caught.

That, of course assumes that our time-line is the ONLY one in existence.
