Store explanations?

I "get" the store and have bought upgrades, but I can't figure out how to turn on the Bold and Italics options in the post writing portion. Also some have color available I see.

These are my store options? Any insight? Thanks.

Custom Title, first line 500
Turn off censors 1000
Add 100 to U2U quota 250
Custom mini-profile background color 250
Custom mini-profile text color 150
Custom mini-profile background image 2500
Increase upload quota by 10k

Also, I'm well aware that it may just be my computer sucks, or I don't have the right fonts, etc. available. Is that possible?

It should already be available to you?

[color=BLUE]Click on the Formatting mode Help to see what each one is.

Normal is the easiest way to make use of it.
