Why are some dates glitched up?

I thought I saw it all when i saw the 1961 dates... but this is just odd.

It says it was posted on June 6th.

What's going on? I had a few problems with seeing the correct dates on ATS but this is what it says in the forums and I haven't ever seen something like this. It should be DD-MM-YY instead it's like DD-JJ-YY.

Can anyone fix it?
