21 feet is not too uncommon For these type of snakes.
I thought it looked a little skinny for 50.
It would have been close to the gerth of a telephone pole.

A 28 foot error is huge...

Ah- the power of todays communications... it all started at a 100 feet,went to 49 feet, and ended up being 29 feet.
There is a lessson here though.

Oh well. I should have known this would be the outcome. There goes my chance to see it at the state fair. I guess I will have to settle with the world's smallest horse, and the world's fattest pig.
