I found this article from India talking about polls and such on the whole global warming and climate change issue...

It appears that 41% of Indians blame the US for this happening.....

US blamed for climate change

In what will come as a shock to George Bush, 41% believe one country is responsible for climate change and almost all of them point to the United States. Two-thirds of all respondents blame the US before any other country for climate change.

Next thing you know the US will be blamed for earthquakes, droughts, someone's dog coming up missing.....

.....what else could we add to this list?

Well, considering we our a major producer f greenhouse gasses, and
one of the only two 1st world countries that have'nt ratified Kyoto, it
really should'nt come as that much of asurprise.

It is however untrue that America is the sole contributor to the problem,
PRChina is one of the greatest producers of greenhouse gasses in the
world, and there are many other countries that produce alot of
greenhouse gasses as well.

REGARDLESS OF GLOBAL WARMING

Pollution is not good for us and the earth and if it takes the devastation of our world to realize this, then the majority of the people are truly blinded.

I guess what I'm trying to say is,

It shouldn't have to take the threat of our planets ecosystem to consider stopping pollution.

Don't you think? isn't it kind of obvious? hello?....

And you think kyoto would resolve anything?

Kyoto is a flipping joke. If the US went kyoto as per the Gore idea, alot of our factorys, jobs and investments would just move offshore to china and to a less extent india, Which would have no impact on "global warning".
