I haven't had an opportunity to review the articles on this site yet, but thought some here might fid it interesting.

Some tib-bits:

The Journal begins with three analysis articles. The first is the presentation by Ambassador John W. McDonald (ret.) at the 2006 Extraterrestrial Civilizations and World Peace Conference (www.etworldpeace.com) . John McDonald served as an ambassador for three U.S. Presidents, and is the world's leading exponent of citizen diplomacy. In the article he explains various citizen diplomacy initiatives he has been involved in, and he provides his insights on its future. Significantly, he argues that the principles of citizen diplomacy can and should be applied to extraterrestrial visitors.
The next article deals with the whistleblower testimony of Ralph Ring concerning government suppression of Otis Carr's project to develop a civilian spacecraft in the 1950's. Carr's success was ruthlessly covered up and Carr himself was imprisoned on trumped up charges to discredit him. This tragic case has much exopolitical significance to it in terms of the advanced technology possessed by the secret government, and the extents they will go to in order to suppress civilian versions from emerging.

The third analysis article is by Philip Corso, Jr., and was also a presentation at the 2006 Conference. He goes on the record to reveal more of his father's knowledge and activities concerning extraterrestrial technologies, time travel and extraterrestrial biological entities themselves found in a forthcoming book, never published by his father, Dawn of a New Age. Phil reveals more than he has at any earlier public event since he feels that the general public is more ready to digest the information passed on to him from his father, Phil Corso, Snr. - author of The Day After Roswell (1997).

The Journal also features a Special Report on a one year survey conducted on public attitudes towards extraterrestrial visitation. 1099 individuals completed the online survey in full thereby giving us some important information on how the public regards extraterrestrial visitors. Perhaps most significantly, the survey gauges public views on the various aspects of the secrecy system imposed by various government agencies. The survey respondents give an idea of how the general public will view public officials complicit in various aspects of the secrecy system.

The Experiencer section has the testimony of a whistleblower concerning President Eisenhower's secret visits to Edwards Air Force Base and Holloman Air Force bases in 1954 and 1955, respectively. The whistleblower directly witnessed events associated with Eisenhower meeting with extraterrestrials at Holloman, and how hundreds of base personnel had to take secrecy oaths at a subsequent mass debriefings. In the second experiencer article, Donald Ware has kindly forwarded the testimony of Jim Sparks concerning an extraterrestrial VIP at a fundraiser he attended. This is more evidence of extraterrestrial visitors having integrated among the human population.

The Journal finishes with a review of Paola Harris latest book, Exopolitics: How Does One Speak to a Ball of Light? As the title suggests, this book deals with the protocols of extraterrestrial contact and features articles that give us an idea of how galactic diplomacy is to be conducted with extraterrestrial civilizations. Her book features insightful interviews of a number of major figures in UFO research and UFOlogy, and is essential reading for all interested in the protocols of extraterrestrial contact.
