Rather than just start posting, which could be construed as somewhat ill-mannered, I thought I would take the opportunity to introduce myself.

I have been interested in the 'unknown' since I was a child back in the early 70's. The world is a fascinating place and the more I learn, the more there is for me to learn.

I've been scanning ATS for a week or so and decided it was time I joined
