The president of the US is a nutjob, and Blair is his poodle, whats your point?

At least Ahmadinejad has a PhD and is actually quite wise, unlike Bush, the drunken retarded monkey.

Sorry, but i don't buy either side, but claiming ahmadinejad is a nutjob just shows how you've been fed it by the media.

I bet you couldn't even find Iran on the map

I wont actually reply to the insult, I know my geography quite well. Your response only shows your childishness.

Heres a letter from the women captured, tell me she wasn't made to say this.
She would be home with them? No she wouldnt, she would be on her ship.

PS I also think Bush is an Idiot, but not Wipe Israel of the map, hold anti holocaust convention crazy. Seems you are the one being blinded by Propaganda , Anti west Propaganda

Text of Letter Said Written by Turney
Mar 28 12:58 PM US/Eastern
By The Associated Press
Text of the letter allegedly written by captured British sailor Faye

undef (AP) - Turney Wednesday, as provided by the Iranian Embassy in London.

Dear Mum & Dad,

I am writing to you from Iran where I am being held. I will try to explain to you the best what has happened. We were out in the boats when we were arrested by Iranian forces as we had apparently gone into Iranian waters. I wish we hadn't because then I'd be home with you all right now. I am so sorry we did, because I know we wouldn't be here now if we hadn't. I want you all to know that I am well and safe. I am being well looked after. I am fed three meals a day and have a constant supply of fluids.

The people are friendly and hospitable, very compassionate and warm. I have written a letter to the Iranian people to apologize for us entering into their waters. Please don't worry about me, I am staying strong. Hopefully it won't be long until I am home to get ready for Molly's birthday party with a present from the Iranian people.

Look after everyone for me, especially Adam and Molly.

I love you all more than you will ever know.

All my love,

Faye

This, to me, is the part that reeks of outside interference when writing the letter.

Here's the info on the woman sailor to be released.

From Reute rs

Turkey's private CNN Turk television network quoted Iran's Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki as saying Tehran would release a woman sailor detained with 14 British servicemen "today or tomorrow". It gave no other details. Britain's Foreign Office said it could not confirm the report.

Up to any if they wanna believe CNN Turk or not, but whatever you chose to believe there's no reason to nag each other.

Anti-western propaganda lmao.. as i've already said, i dont take sides, both are as bad as each other. However, you fail to realise that our side is quite clearly the one stirring up the trouble, we are the ones with the agenda.

Did you check out the cheap civilian gps they had in the news article? I got one like that for about a hundred dollars US. They are only good down to about 30 feet.

the exuberance of the hypocrisy is most dilapidating.

so it is now wrong to detain people is it - i would suggest that readers on this forum go ahead and read up on us navy actions in international waters - boarding and siezing sailors for no apparant reason other than what is spoon fed by the administration.

`do as i say not what i do` is so apparant here - the exact opposite of this occured reecntly and was cheered on this very forum.

bunkum i say, bunkum!

Looks like the Iranians have been reading the Viet Cong's playbook. I see this being resolved with apologies all around in a couple weeks at most.

Instigation has worked before, and this is classic. The Britts are helping Bush- everything is in place. Soon we will be at war just like Bush has longed for, a full war all over the middle east- Most likely all our men will suffer great casualties as will half the world. Russia and China? THEY have plans for US.

What a happy ending!!!

The thing I find very suspicious about this incident is why the Iranians would capture what is basically only a lightly armed maritime police patrol. Its not like they are an invasion force with any heavy weapons, they were on a RHIB for pete's sake, not exactly a warship. If they were in Iranian waters, why wouldnt the Iranians just tell them to move, the Brits would have been in no position to argue and this whole incident could have been avoided. Uneccessary provocation if you ask me, which could lead to uneccessary escalation.

Yeah, probably. Plans to put on the usual show of complaints and demands for a halt of military action, like they always do. They would no more get in to a direct war with us then we would with them. Do they care enough about Iran to lose all their major cities and basically their countries for them? Doubt it, all they care about is Iran's oil, and I'm sure behind the scenes they are being assured they will get it. I'm sure they are just as behind this ME take over as the west, and they are just playing the roles of the opposing voices...just my opinion though.

I heard that there is another picture being released soon by the Iranian government. Apparently it shows the British boat BEHIND a sign which is a picture of a smiling Mahmoud Ahmadinejad and says "Welcome To Iran".

Now that is some evidence!

The Doomsday Clock should be at one minute-to-12. I must go check.

Sources say look for next Tuesday for the poop to hit the fan in a big way.
